Softbank just released Sharp 931SH cellphone featuring 3.8-inch XGA (1024x480) touch screen display with slide keyboard and 5.2-megapixel autofocus camera. Other features include1Seg, HSDPA, Felica 2.0, GPS and Bluetooth at a size of 52x115x16mm and only 130g. No words on pricing yet.
