A lot was promised to us before the launch of Windows Vista, but Microsoft got the new operating system very wrong. The OS is not as bad as what it has been made out to be, but the software falls short of what had been promised to us. We are now looking at a new OS on the horizon with Windows 7, but will the newest version of Windows be enough to bring fans back? Windows Vista suffered with a number of problems, the first was how slow it made my notebook run, and the second was how mystifying it could sometimes be. Vista did have its good features, yes, it has a few and one of them is that Vista has never crashed on me. I have always been a fan of XP and I have tried Vista and decided to go back to XP. I have since purchased a more powerful notebook, which included Windows Vista, and I do not have any trouble now.
